The first name on the list is that of Orange Cap holder Rajasthan Royals’ opener Jos Buttler, who shows full-package entertainment for this season. He played 15 matches and smashed 68 boundaries and 39 sixes in the tournament. The vice-captain of England has scored 718 runs at an average of 51.28 with an impressive strike rate of 148.35, including 3 Centuries and 4 Half Centuries. His highest Run score is 116 against Delhi Capitals so far. Still, RR have at least two matches in their hands. Englishman Jos Buttler’s show will also go on in the playoffs.

Delhi Capitals’ David Warner is in second place on the list of top boundary hitters with 52 fours. However, Warner has finished this year’s IPL journey following the Capitals’ defeat in the last match against the Mumbai Indians. The Aussie batter played for 12 games (12 innings) and scored 432 runs at a strike rate of 150.52, with the highest run score of 92* in the tournament. He hits five half-centuries and fifteen sixes in the same season.

In the third position, Gujarat Titan’s Shubman Gill played in 15 innings, notched 48 fours, and scored 438 runs at an average of 31.28 and a strike rate of 136.02 by hitting 4 half-centuries and 10 sixes. His highest run score is 96 for the season 2022 so far.

The fourth place is reserved by Lucknow Super Giants batter Quinton de Kock. During his 14 innings, de Kock hit 47 boundaries and scored 502 runs at a fantastic strike rate of 149.40, with his highest run score being 140*. He hits one century and three half-centuries so far in the tournament. He will still get a chance to beat Buttler and claim the top spot as Lucknow will square off with Royal Challengers Bangalore in the eliminator.

In the fifth position, Punjab Kings Shikhar Dhawan played 14 matches (14 innings) by hitting 47 boundaries and scored 460 runs at a strike rate of 122.66, including 3 half-centuries and 12 sixes. His highest run score is 88* in the tournament.
